[캐나다이민] 뉴 브런즈윅 영주권 정책 2025

안녕하세요.

조금 전에 New Brunswick(뉴브런즈윅) 주정부가 영주권에 관한 2025년 계획을 발표하였습니다.

NB 정부는  2024년 영주권 할당 인원수가 다 찼다는 이유로 모든 분야의 PNP와 AIP 접수를 중단하였었습니다.

새해가 되었으므로 영주권 신청을 기다리는 많은 분들이 영주권 접수가 제개되길  기대를 하고 있었습니다.
그리고 그 발표가 오늘있었습니다.

외국인 임시근로자(TGW) 님들이 주로 일하시는 분야가 주로 음식 관련업종인데 이 분야의 영주권 접수는 받지 않겠다고 합니다.
구체적인 직업으로는 Cook,Server, Food Supervisor, Restaurant Manager,Kitchen helper 가 있고 이 외에도 바텐더. Bookkeeper, Admin 등이 있습니다.

너무나 많은 분들이 영주권 접수가 열리기를 기다리고 있는 중이라서 이 분들이 얼마나 황망스러울지  마음이 아픕니다.

언제 다시 열릴지 예상도 할 수 없는 상황이다 보니 이민하시려는 분들이 여러가지로 힘든 상황이 되었습니다.

사장님도 직원분들도 다 같이 맨붕인 상황입니다. 때문에 어떤 분들은 캐나다 생활 접고 한국으로 돌아가야 하나 심각하게 고민하시는 분들도 있습니다.

 

다음은 New Brunswick 홈페이지에 발표된 전문입니다. 

 

1. PNP Program

 

The New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream is beginning to accept new Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

The 2025 New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream has changed from previous years and is now comprised of three (3) separate pathways:

New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream – New Brunswick Work Experience pathway
New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream – New Brunswick Graduates pathway
New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream – New Brunswick Priority Occupations pathway
Please review these new pathways carefully to determine your eligibility

 

At this time, the province will not be considering occupations that fall under the following NOCs:

Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (NOC 12200)
Administrative assistants (NOC 13110)
Shippers and receivers (NOC 14400)
Restaurant and food service managers (NOC 60030)
Food service supervisors (NOC 62020)
Cooks (NOC 63200)
Bakers (NOC 63202)
Bartenders (NOC 64301)
 Other customer representatives (NOC 64409)
Food and beverage servers (NOC 65200)
Food counter attendants, kitchen helpers, and related occupations (NOC 65201)
Process control and machine operators - food and beverage processing (NOC 94140)
Fish and seafood plant workers (NOC 94142)
Labourers in food and beverage processing (NOC 95106)
Labourers in fish and seafood (NOC 95107)

 

2. AIP Program

 

The Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) is now beginning to accept new applications from designated New Brunswick employers to endorse a position offered to a foreign national.

At this time, the province will not be considering designation and endorsement applications for occupations that fall under the following NOCs:

Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (NOC 12200)
Administrative assistants (NOC 13110)
Shippers and receivers (NOC 14400)
Restaurant and food service managers (NOC 60030)
Food service supervisors (NOC 62020)
Cooks (NOC 63200)
Bakers (NOC 63202)
Bartenders (NOC 64301)
Other customer representatives (NOC 64409)
Process control and machine operators – food and beverage processing (NOC 94140)
Fish and seafood plant workers (NOC 94142)

 

이민 정책이 예상 할 수 없는 상황으로 변하는 중입니다. 

너무 여러번 놀라다 보니 이젠 아예 기대가 되는 상황입니다.
